A week away is long enough for a small daily charging underestimate to become a problem. Before choosing a power bank, separate essential use from optional use and work out whether you can recharge during the trip.

List every device

Count phones, headlamps, cameras, watches and any other rechargeable equipment. Include devices shared by the group as well as your own. Write down the cable and connection each needs so capacity planning does not overlook a missing adapter.
